What Do You Need to Prepare for a First-Class Insurance Auto Glass Claim?

3. Vehicle Registration Book (copy, if available)
4. Driver’s License (copy, if available)

Important Aftercare Instructions Following Auto Glass Installation

1. Remove the windshield securing tape the following day to prevent adhesive residue from sticking to the vehicle’s paint.
2. Avoid washing or pressure-washing the vehicle for 2 days to allow the window film to set properly and prevent peeling or lifting.
3. Drive carefully during the first 2 hours after installation. Avoid high speeds, as the newly installed glass may shift. We recommend keeping your speed below 120 km/h.
4. Avoid heavy rain during the first 2 hours after installation whenever possible. Windshield wipers may be used normally.
5. Water marks or a slightly hazy appearance on the windshield film are normal after installation. Parking or driving in sunlight can help the film dry faster. These marks should gradually disappear within 3–7 days.
6. Dash cameras, Easy Pass, M-Pass, or other devices that attach directly to the window film should be installed only after the film has fully cured, approximately 7 days to 1 month after installation.
7. If you notice any issue with the window film, avoid touching, pressing, or attempting to fix it yourself. Please bring your vehicle back to our service center as soon as possible.
8. All windshields installed by us are covered by a lifetime installation warranty against water leaks, wind noise, and other installation-related issues. If you experience any problems, please contact or visit our service center as soon as possible.
